Geneva, Switzerland: Hikmat Nabulsi, Executive Coordinator of UNV from 1977 to 1987, has died aged 82. Under his tenure, the number of UNV volunteers more than tripled, passing the 1,000 mark, and the scene was set for an annual International Volunteer Day. Read
