Descripción de las Tareas Sous la supervision directe de la Coordinatrice Multi-Pays, le/la Volontaire des Nations Unies effectuera les tâches suivantes : Volet Communication Recueillir des témoignages, des éléments d’expérience et des histoires à succès de Volontaires des Nations unies et de partenaires de l’Unité @UNV Maghreb et développer des produits de communication en ligne avec la charte de communication du Programme VNU, visant la promotion du volontariat et le renforcement de la visibilité du Programme VNU ; Contribuer à la conception et soutenir la mise en œuvre des activités de promotion du volontariat, notamment dans le cadre de la célébration des Journée thématiques des Nations Unies, en collaboration avec les partenaires et du Programme Volontaires des Nations Unies dans les quatre pays couverts par l’Unité @UNVMaghreb ; et assurer une communication efficace sur ces activités ; Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du Plan de Communication du Bureau Régional ; Gestion des médias sociaux Facebook et LinkedIn de l’Unité ; Contribuer à la conception et soutenir la mise en œuvre de la célébration de la Journée International du Volontariat #JIV2021 et du 50^ème anniversaire du Programme VNU #UNV50, en ligne avec les chartes afférentes développées par le siège et ce, en collaboration avec les partenaires de l’Unité @UNV Maghreb et des Volontaires des Nations Unies dans les quatre pays couverts par l’Unité @UNVMaghreb ; et assurer une communication efficace sur ces activités; Proposer et mettre en œuvre des idées innovantes pour l’expansion du vivier de talents dans les quatre pays couverts par l’Unité capitalisant sur les réseaux existants et potentiels ; Mettre à jour le profil de l’Unité et contribuer au rapportage périodique sur la mise en œuvre de son plan de travail annuel. Volet appui aux partenariats Développer des outils d’engagement des partenaires (présentations PowerPoint, adaptation des offres globale/régionale aux contextes des pays couverts par l’Unité @UNV Maghreb, préparer de courtes notes en appui à l’engagement thématique de l’Unité, etc.) ; Mettre à jour les données sur les partenaires sur le portail digital dédié du Programme VNU, capitalisant sur l’appui des volontaires en ligne pour l’identification/mise à jour des acteurs au volontariat. Participer à des réunions sur demande du superviseur ; Contribuer à la conception et soutenir la mise en œuvre d’activités portées avec des partenaires de l’Unité @UNV Maghreb, notamment dans le cadre de la célébration de journées thématiques ; Toute autre tâche demandée par le superviseur. Descripción de las Tareas Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of the WHO Representative in Morocco or his/her designated mandated representative(s), and working closely with respective technical leads at the respective WHO Regional Office and WHO HQ, the UN Volunteer will: Support the country implementation of WHO global and regional commitments on Nutrition and NCDs prevention and control, and Healthy lifestyle promotion Coordinate with MOH the development and implementation of national strategies and plans related to Nutrition, NCDs and Healthy lifestyles, and provide the technical support in coordination with the Regional Office. Support MOH for monitoring and evaluation of national strategies and plans related to Nutrition and NCDs and Healthy lifestyles. Ensure periodic and timely reporting against Global Target indicators and SDGs. Support multisectoral advocacy for Nutrition, reduction of NCD risk factors and Healthy lifestyles. Support the implementation of WHO guidance on cancer especially, Global Initiative on Childhood Cancer; and breast and cervical cancer prevention and control. Disseminate appropriate and relevant scientific, technical, and policy information, sharing experiences of successful practices dentify opportunities for potential partnerships at local level with UN agencies, international and national NGOs, and participate in related task forces, thematic groups, with a focus on representing WHO relevant programme. Conduct field missions in the regions and provinces of the country to provide technical support for the implementation of activities relating to Nutrition, NCDs, and healthy lifestyle Provide regular situation reports on progress, achievements and constraints Perform any other duty as required by the WHO Representative Cualificaciones/ Requisitos Nivel Educacional Requerido: Master degree or equivalent Educación - Comentarios Adicionales: Master's degree or equivalent in public health and/or health-related field, from an accredited and recognized academic institution is required, or: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in combination with relevant training and/or professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree; At least 5 years of professional work experience at the national level in public health and health sector coordination.
