Edad mínima requerida: 22 años. Reclutamiento restricto a nacionales o residentes legales en el país de asignación. Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of Project Manager or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the UNV Project Assistant will:
Bachelor degree or equivalent

· Two (2) years of relevant admin and finance professional work experience at the national and/or international level in international organizations, or other relevant programmes; experience working in the UN or other international development organization is an asset; · Knowledge about contracting, small-scale cash handling, logistics support, and packaging systems is a basic requirement; · Knowledge of procedures for the implementation of UNDP projects, including procurement, disbursements, and reporting and monitoring is preferable; · Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel; · Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills; · Accuracy and professionalism in document production and editing; · Sound security awareness; · Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel; · Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.) and email/internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment.
