Sous la supervision directe de la cheffe de Bureau de Terrain, le/la Volontaire des Nations unies effectuera les tâches suivantes, dans le cadre de l’assistance technique au Projet Lisungi, en partenariat constant avec l’equipe de Brazzaville ainsi que l’UGP du Lisungi:

  • Élaborer un cadre de suivi et d’évaluation (S&E) pour les activités du Projet Lisungi, en partenariat avec l’UGP et les autres membre de l’équipe du HCR, avec des indicateurs specifiques ;
  • Aider à la mise en place du système de collecte, de traitement et de gestion des données quantitatives et qualitatives basées sur des indicateurs pertinents ;
  • Développer et tester des outils de suivi et d'évaluation et des notes d'orientation pour assurer un suivi de qualité de la mise en œuvre du projet Lisungi, y compris des outils pour évaluer l'impact des activités et la satisfaction des bénéficiaires ;
  • Effectuer des visites régulières sur le terrain (dans des zones reculées) pour collecter les informations auprès des bénéficiaires nécessaires à la redaction rapport de supervision.
  • Participer à /Superviser la collecte de données sur le terrain pour les évaluations et les exercices de suivi notamment pour les enquêtes bi-semestrielles de 500 ménages choisi de manière aleatoire ;
  • Aider au traitement et à l'analyse des données d'évaluation quantitatives et qualitatives ainsi qu’à la production du rapport de S&E ;
  • Renforcer la capacité des autorités locales et de l’équipe du Projet Lisungi sur l’utilisation des outils de collecte pour une passation au terme de l’assistance technique ;
  • Assister dans l’analyse des plaintes et leur transfert efficace à l’UGP ;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches qui peuvent être assignées.
Bachelor degree or equivalent

Au moins une Licence en Statisques, Economie, Développement ou en Gestion de Projet

Au moins une année (2 ans) d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans les exercises de collectes de données de terrain et de développement des instruments, dans un contexte de S&E ou dans un contexte d’enquetes socio-économiques. Une experience préalable avec un acteur du développement et/ou un acteur humanitaire est un plus.

  • Compile/synthesise the data and provide data/information to the Section and national partners to facilitate planning; assess the impact of the programmes and policies; and report on the progress being made;
  • Support the Sector/Sub-Sector and other coordination meetings in aspects related to information management; and contribute to strengthen management of sector information databases and systems; produce and maintain relevant information products, including Sector/Sub-sector information reports, databases, basic and thematic maps; and support the preparation of periodic reports on sector activities at national and state level as required;
  • Support the Programme Monitoring Officer to ensure the technical leadership of UNICEF in obtaining key information on affected populations by emergency and disasters and participate in assessment missions including interagency missions
  • Support the monitoring of high frequency humanitarian indicators with a specific focus on using routine and administrative data collection for better preparedness, targeting and coordination of effective humanitarian response.

Support the Programme Monitoring Officer for the management of the monthly/quarterly monitoring plan and ensuring the use of e-tools for planning, implementation and follow up of field visits.

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Under the direct supervision of head of reproductive health unit, the national UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:

  • Closely with the program analysts and specialists ensuring the implementation of the program activities for the assigned projects (FP, HIV/AIDS, MH, MISP, RHCS & STI), through regular follow up with the implementing partners, advocacy efforts, coordination mechanisms and providing technical assistance
  • Facilitate the work of consultants, advisors and experts involved in the implementation of the program under her/his responsibility
  • Assist the program analysts and specialist in developing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for each grant/project,
  • Support the program analysts and specialist to analyze and report on implementation of the assigned program activities, measure progress, identify obstacles/challenges in the implementation of projects that needs to be addressed and document the impact and achievement of each project in line with the annual work plans targets, and UNFPA strategic targets,
  • Provide on timely bases up to date summary sheet for progress against all relevant indicators at both outputs and process levels including reproductive health commodities, to facilitate the relevant decisions associated with planning, reporting, funding allocation, and prioritization.
  • Support the program analysts and specialists in the analysis of processed data and information and perform data quality and consistency control to analyze and report on implementation of the assigned program/project activities, measure progress, identify obstacles/challenges in the implementation of projects that need to be addressed and document the impact and achievement of each project in line with the annual work plans targets, and UNFPA strategic targets,
  • Contribute to development of reports to SRH programme in humanitarian settings including Emergency RH Kits Coordinate with partners to ensure that monitoring system are properly designed, and that data collection and analysis from field visits are coordinated and standardized to feed into to program performance monitoring.
  • Build the capacity of implementing partners on grant management with focus on monitoring and reporting (through formal and intensive on-job trainings);
  • In the event of establishing an SRH WG: Design, build, and maintain health information systems for the SRH Working Group to enable regular SRH data compilation across the Health Cluster Facilitate information exchange to promote inter cluster activities including but not limited to: GBV Sub cluster, & Health Cluster.
  • Provide other forms of assistance as required and instructed by the direct supervisors
  • Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
Master degree or equivalent

Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, public health, dentistry, or any relevant public health sciences.
