Complete and E-mail the Employment Medical Review Questionnaire (MS3) form. (EN, FR, ES)

Email these to UN Medical Service at unogmedicalservice@ un.org.

Inform your UNV contact person immediately after you have submitted the medical forms.

They will follow-up on your medical clearance and advise.

A one-time lumpsum payment of US$600 to help meet pre-departure expenses, including obtaining passport and visa(s), entry medical examination, vaccination(s), travel between the place of residence and the nearest airport and costs of unavoidable in-country pre-departure transit stopover(s). There will be no additional allowance or reimbursement for these purposes.

Bank Information 

If possible, we encourage you to open a USD or Euro bank account to allow faster bank transfers.

Complete and upload the form for bank details to your profile using My Page in VMAM.

Ensure all information is accurate as an error will delay payment of your entitlements.

Mandatory Online Courses

Complete the 3 mandatory UN System e-Learning courses prior to departure to duty station:

Upload certificates through “My Page” at VMAM prior to departure.

Mandatory courses must be completed prior to entry on duty – upload certificates to VMAM.

Complete the 3 UNV core eLearning courses:

Keep certificate of completion for record and spot check.

Update information through “My Profile” at VMAM under “Other Qualifications, short courses and trainings”.

Core courses should be ideally completed before entry on duty, but, latest within 3 months of commencement of service.
