En el marco de la autoridad delegada y bajo la supervisión de la Coordinadora Trinacional del Proyecto PBF Respuesta Trinacional para una Movilidad Humana Digna, Pacífica e Inclusiva en el Norte de Centroamérica y el Oficial de Monitoreo y evaluación del PBF o su representante designado, el Voluntario de la ONU llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:

  1. Revisar y actualizar de forma participativa el Plan de Monitoreo y Evaluación del Proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento con los instrumentos, tiempos y modalidades corporativas, asegurando la aplicación de los enfoques de derechos humanos, género y pueblos indígenas.
  2. Dar seguimiento a la implementación del Sistema de Monitoreo y Evaluación del Proyecto, incluyendo seguimiento a indicadores, obtención y revisión de informes, visitas de monitoreo al campo, reuniones de revisión sobre avances, entre otras (para los tres países: Guatemala, El Salvador y Honduras).
  3. Proveer asesoría técnica y apoyo a las contrapartes y equipo Inter agencial a cargo de la implementación del Proyecto, en cuanto a la metodología y herramientas de planificación, monitoreo y evaluación.
  4. Apoyar en la elaboración de los Planes Operativos Anuales del Proyecto.
  5. Elaborar informes, minutas, matrices, presentaciones y otros documentos para registrar, analizar e informar sobre las actividades implementadas y los datos recopilados en el marco del Plan de Monitoreo & Evaluación.
  6. Brindar insumos técnicos para la elaboración de informes y documentos requeridos.
  7. Apoyar en la coordinación y producción de materiales de comunicación sobre los resultados del Programa.
  8. Otros apoyos que le sean solicitados por la Coordinación Trinacional del Proyecto o el PBF.
  9. Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera o sea asignada por el supervisor.

  • Apoyar estudios de contexto que permitan proponer líneas de prevención territorial para las comunidades, teniendo en cuenta el enfoque diferencial o de interseccionalidad.
  • Apoyar estudios de seguimiento a la aplicación de los estándares de derechos humanos y de otras normas internacionales relevantes, en la implementación de la Política de Seguridad y Defensa del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
  • Apoyar estudios de seguimiento a la aplicación de estándares de derechos humanos, en la implementación de la Política de Seguridad Ciudadana a cargo del Consejero de Seguridad Nacional.
  • Apoyar los procesos de asistencia técnica de OACNUDH a las contrapartes del Gobierno y Estado responsables de las agendas de seguridad y paz

Description of task

Under the supervision of the Communications and Advocacy Officer, the national UN Volunteer – Communications & Social Media Specialist will undertake the following tasks:

Social media management and visualization:

  • Manage UNDP Kazakhstan social media - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook: a) develop content strategy; b) plan content posting; c) perform regular engagement monitoring and analysis;
  • Develop and design the social media assets in various formats (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) for greater engagement of the social media audiences;
  • Undertake social media audit at the end of 2021;
  • Design infographics, presentations and other corporate material (leaflets, brochures, manuals) disseminated to the Government, partners, donors, public

Description of task

Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of UNFPA Program Analyst or her designated mandated representative(s), the National UN Volunteer will:

  • Monitor UNFPA’s project and country programme activities on gender mainstreaming by keeping a close record of activities and expenditures, revision of logframes, work plans, calendar of events and result matrix to track the progress towards indicators in close coordination with programme, communications and operations teams .

Description of task

Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of the unit coordinator or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:

Description of task

Description of task

En el marco del Proyecto “Expandiendo la Protección Social a Jóvenes en Situación de Informalidad” y bajo la supervisión de la Oficial de Programa del Área de Gobernabilidad y Desarrollo Inclusivo de PNUD y de una persona delegada de CONAFIPS y el Voluntario Especialista de la ONU llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:

  1. Programar junto al equipo del proyecto y de la CONAFIPS la ejecución de programas de mercadeo y promoción del FOGEPS y visibilizar el aporte de dichos fondos a la inclusión de la población joven en situación de informalidad.
  2. Apoyar a la CONAFIPS en la promoción del FOGEPS hacia las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito definidas en la priorización territorial, con el material informativo y las directrices emitidas por la CONAFIPS.
  3. Analizar los procesos de desarrollo de productos financieros y no financieros para Organizaciones del Sector Financiero Popular y Solidario en todas sus etapas.
  4. Realizar un levantamiento de información cualitativa sobre el uso del FOGEPS y los hallazgos sobre la aplicación, uso y efectivización del FOGEPS por parte de las COACs.
  5. Realizar informes de seguimiento y una propuesta final de optimización del uso de FOGEPS para las COAC calificadas y de estrategia para captar nuevas COACs.
  6. Prever alianzas estratégicas con las distintas Organizaciones del Sector Financiero Popular y Solidario (SFPS).
