  • Support counties in implementation of Nomadic strategies for Routine and Supplemental Immunization campaigns.

Bajo la supervisión directa del Oficial de Presupuesto el/la Voluntario(a) de la ONU llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:

  1. Monitoreo de presupuesto a vencer (3 meses) de fuentes de financiamiento
  • Coordinar reuniones mensuales con las secciones y oficinas de campo basado en los reportes periodicos de presupuesto y seguimiento a las acciones.
  • Revisar y hacer seguimiento a los compromisos abiertos de fondos (open commitments) para la preparación del cierre de las fuentes de financiamiento con las secciones mensualmente. (Fund Committments, Órdenes de Compra, Transferencia a contrapartes, etc.).

  1. Nómina
  • Seguimiento a brechas financieras de salarios y hacer los cambios/ajustes necesiarios basado en las condiciones de los donantes y la fecha de vencimiento de las fuentes de financiamiento.
  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento con finanzas a los pagos de UNV y la conciliación de la cuenta de UNDP con RRHH
  • Reunion mensual con el punto focal de RRHH para UNV Voluntarios para revisar la plantilla de incorporación / desincorporación.

  1. Cierre de año
  • Seguimiento presupuestario con las secciones para su implementación de fin de año y para el próximo año.
  • Seguimiento a la liberación y cierre de compromisos abiertos de fondos que no serán gastados para fin de cierre de año financiero.
  • Apoyar en transferir los fondos al nuevo año financiero y viceversa para evitar retrasos en la disponibilidad de fondos para el nuevo año financiero.

  • Coordinar y participar en reuniones con el equipo de presupuesto (interna y con otras secciones).
  • Otras tareas presupuestarias que sean requeridas y asignadas por el supervisor.

Sous la supervision de le/a Gestionnaire du projet, le/la Volontaire des Nations Unies effectuera les tâches suivantes:

Le/a coordonnateur (trice) local(e) de projet fera partie de l’Unité de projet (UP) et sera, sous la supervision de de le/a Gestionnaire du projet, en articulation avec le Bureau de Pays PNUD en Algérie et leurs homologues nationaux du projet.

Résumé des fonctions clés :

  1. Mettre en œuvre le projet au niveau local dans la wilaya concernée, en s’appuyant constamment sur et en renforçant les capacités locales, institutionnelles et humaines ;

  2. Assurer la représentation du projet au niveau local et la bonne circulation de l’information entre les partenaires du projet au niveau local, et entre le niveau local et le niveau national dans les deux sens ;

  3. Assurer le suivi du projet au niveau local dans la wilaya concernée.

  1. Mettre en œuvre le projet au niveau local dans la wilaya concernée (Naama), en s’appuyant constamment sur et en renforçant les capacités locales, institutionnelles et humaines

  2. En coordination avec l’Unité de projet, avec le Directeur National de Projet, et avec les autorités locales, sensibiliser les partenaires de la wilaya concernée au projet, à ses résultats prévus, à sa méthodologie, et à ses partenaires locaux, nationaux et internationaux ;

  3. Veiller à ce que l'échelon local dans la programmation et la mise en œuvre des activités du projet soient en ligne avec les règles et les règlements du PNUD ;

  4. S’assurer que des procédures ouvertes et transparentes, conformément aux règles et règlements du PNUD, soient appliquées pour les achats et les contrats.

  5. Assurer la représentation du projet au niveau local et la bonne circulation de l’information entre les partenaires du projet au niveau local, et entre le niveau local et le niveau national dans les deux sens

  6. Assurer le lien institutionnel, au niveau de la wilaya concernée (Naama), entre les différents partenaires du projet;

  7. Contribuer à la planification, sur la base des besoins locaux, et à la mise en œuvre du plan de renforcement des capacités des acteurs locaux de l’ESS ;

  8. Dans ce sens, collecter, analyser et partager avec le/a Gestionnaire du projet toute information et donnée nécessaire à la planification stratégique, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du projet dans la wilaya concernée (Naama);

  9. Appuyer, sur la base d’une réelle connaissance des acteurs, l’identification des bénéficiaires des formations et du coaching.

  10. Assurer le suivi du Projet au niveau local dans la wilaya concernée (Naama)

  • Examiner régulièrement les dépenses de projet, veiller à ce que les dépenses soient légitimes et exactes, et rapporter régulièrement à la/e Gestionnaire de projet les dépenses.

  • Elaborer les rapports techniques et financiers nécessaires et d'autres documents pertinents en ce qui concerne les activités au niveau local, en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires locaux ;

  • Contribuer à la veille media et réseaux sociaux, et aux activités de communication du projet en assurant la visibilité des partenaires ;

  • Appuyer l’évaluation finale du projet et la mise à l’échelle du projet au niveau national ;

  • Assurer la surveillance stratégique de la planification, la budgétisation, la mise en œuvre et le suivi du projet.

  • Préparation et organisation des ateliers, réunions de suivis, l’organisation des formations et séminaires et rédaction de leurs comptes rendus ;

  • Vérifier la conformité aux procédures du projet ;

  • Participer à l’élaboration de supports de communication articles, brochures etc… ;

  • Faire des rapports/compte rendus photographiques des ateliers et des déplacements sur terrain.
