Description of task Sous la supervision générale du coordonnateur pays de l’ONUDC et la supervision directe du Volontaire national des Nations Unies Spécialiste chargé de suivi-évaluation, le/la VNU communautaire effectuera de manière spécifique les tâches suivantes : Contribuer à la préparation du plan de travail annuel en concertation avec le VNU Spécialiste chargé de Suivi et de la Coordination (superviseur direct) ; Rédiger un plan d’action avec l’assistance du VNU Spécialiste chargé de Suivi et de la Coordination ; Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des activités communautaires conformément au plan d'action ; Contribuer à l’identification des communautés ou des zones cibles ainsi que des leaders communautaires, artistes, sportifs, acteurs culturels connus du grand public, et ce dans le respect du « Do No Harm » (Ne pas Nuire) et des considérations de genre ; Identifier et développer un réseau local des partenaires potentiels du projet y compris ceux du Système des Nations Unies intervenant dans la prévention du terrorisme et des infractions liées à la criminalité transnationale organisée ; Collaborer avec le système judiciaire et le ou (la) VNU Prisons ainsi que l’Association des Femmes Chefs de Famille chargée de la mise en œuvre du projet PBF ; Organiser et accompagner les campagnes ou ateliers de sensibilisation, y compris des foras communautaires (leaders communautaires) sur le terrorisme et la criminalité transnationale organisée ce, à travers des activités culturelles, artistiques, sportives etc. ; Faciliter la communication et les échanges avec les autorités judiciaires ; Assurer la remontée des informations en temps réel au VNU Spécialiste chargé du suivi et de la coordination des activités sur le terrain ; Produire des rapports avec supports photos sur les activités réalisées ; Effectuer toute autre activité en lien avec le bon fonctionnement du projet ; Effectuer à la demande du VNU Spécialiste chargé de suivi et de coordination ou du Coordonnateur Programme du pays, d'autres tâches en lien avec les mandats de l’ONUDC. Description of task Under the supervision of the Communications and Advocacy Officer, the International UN Volunteer/ Specialist will undertake the following tasks: Essential Social media management and visualization:  Manage UNDP Kazakhstan social media - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook: a) develop content strategy; b) plan content posting; c) perform regular engagement monitoring and analysis;  Develop and design the (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) ;  Undertake social media audit at the end of 2021;  Design infographics, presentations and other corporate material (leaflets, brochures, manuals) disseminated to the Government, partners, donors, public;  Identify innovative ways and new communications tools to display / promote the work of UNDP Kazakhstan;  Support the communication team in developing digital content such as videos, photo exhibits, podcasts, etc. to promote key themes (climate change, inequalities, gender equality), major events and key programme results. Communication and advocacy materials/capacity building:  Identify innovative opportunities and new communications tools and platforms to display the key work of the UNDP Kazakhstan;  Assist the Communication team with any tasks related to communication and advocacy (producing stories, press releases, speeches, etc.);  Provide trainings for UNDP Kazakhstan staff on communications and advocacy for further development.
