The UNV Gender Specialist provides analysis for formulation of strategies and briefings to Senior Management. This includes working with Programme Team Leaders to implement the UNDP Pacific Office Gender Equality Strategy, ensuring that gender becomes a cross-cutting consideration in all programme activities, and exploring the viability of gender budgeting in the programme country. The UNV Gender Specialist will also work with Operations Team Leaders to ensure gender-sensitive recruitment and procurement processes.
