Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of Glayson dos Santos or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the Youth NUNV – Social Policy Officer (Decentralisation of Social Services) will:

• Support the implementation of the municipal social services pilot and the key activities to be implemented within this remit, including in ensuring that financial and administrative data is consistent and according to project’s guidelines and rules and regulations.
• Follow up and document and share good financial and administrative practices from the field.
• Undertake field visits to assist the monitoring of the programme implementation, as well as participate to conduct periodic administrative and financial reviews with government counterparts and other partners.
• Support capacity of partners to effectively generate and ensure the availability of accurate, complete and up-to-date data and information relative to the municipal social services pilot, including administrative, monitoring and financial data.
• Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of Carmen Alpin, the UNV Knowledge Management and Research will:

• Support the implementation of the knowledge management and research agenda and the key activities to be implemented within this remit;

• Support planning and following-up the implementation of mobile and face-to-face data collection activities;

• Undertake field visits to assist in research related capacity building activities with interviewers and Institute of National Statistics staff;

• Assist in analyzing research data from different stakeholders, supporting report-writing of knowledge products, and research dissemination;

• Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

Bajo la supervisión directa de la Especialista de Programas y la Asociada de Programas y Finanzas de ONU MUJERES, la voluntaria o voluntario tendrá las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades:

• Mantener la base de datos de inventario de todos los activos del Programa y preparar los informes financieros requeridos;
• Organizar el mantenimiento y la reparación de los activos cuando sea necesario;
• Mantener el sistema de archivo y bases de datos del proyecto;
• Apoyar en la elaboración de los reportes financieros, en función de los requerimientos del proyecto y la solicitud de la coordinadora del proyecto y la Asociada de Programas y Finanzas.

2. Proporcionar apoyo administrativo y logístico en la organización de conferencias, talleres, reuniones con partes interesadas y otros eventos del proyecto.

• Apoyar la organización, logística y ejecución de conferencias, talleres, reuniones y eventos del proyecto;
• Preparar los documentos para la organización de reuniones y eventos incluyendo agenda, cartas de invitación, nota logística, guía para las moderaciones y demás;
• Apoyar los procesos de adquisiciones de bienes y servicios necesarios para la ejecución de reuniones y eventos del proyecto siguiendo las normas y procedimientos de la organización;
• Coordinar las reservaciones de boletos de avión, pago de viáticos y dar seguimiento al reembolso de gastos de participantes nacionales e internacionales de acuerdo con las reglas y procedimientos de ONU Mujeres;

3. Apoyar la gestión financiera requerida para la implementación del Programa siguiendo las normas y procedimientos de ONU Mujeres

• Apoyar la formulación del presupuesto del programa;
• Llevar a cabo las tareas financieras y contables requeridas por el proyecto;
• Preparar toda la documentación de respaldo para las solicitudes de pagos;
• Apoyar el control financiero oportuno, el monitoreo y la presentación de informes financieros conforme a requerimientos de financiador;
• Monitorear el gasto de fondos de donantes y otros gastos y desembolsos del programa;
• Coordinar la gestión de pagos;
• Preparar gráficos financieros estadísticos, tablas e informes obteniendo datos de diversas fuentes de financiamiento;
• Realizar los procedimientos administrativos y financieros en el sistema integrado de ONU Mujeres (Atlas);
• Brindar apoyo administrativo necesario para la gestión eficaz del conocimiento y el intercambio de información.

Coordination generale :

• Organiser des réunions régulières pour coordonner la réponse nutritionnelle et relever les défis communs.

• Contribuer aux produits du cluster national de nutrition liés au cycle du programme humanitaire,

En el marco de la autoridad delegada y bajo la supervisión de la Jefa del Área de Protección Infantil o su representante designado, el Voluntario de la ONU llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:

1. Monitorear la situación de los niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) bajo el Protocolo de Protección a Migrantes (MPP), así como de otros niños, niñas y adolescentes migrantes, particularmente los no acompañados, en Ciudad Juárez y las áreas circundantes, según sea necesario.
2. Coordinar la respuesta de UNICEF en cuanto a población MPP y migrante en Ciudad Juarez.
3. Brindar orientación al equipo de protección de UNICEF en Ciudad Juarez para el despliegue efectivo de la respuesta, asegurando la coherencia de las intervenciones, así como la supervisión y el monitoreo.
4. En coordinación con la Jefa de Protección y la Representante Adjunta, definir la estrategia de apoyo a mediano plazo, que se enfoque en el fortalecimiento de capacidades, la implementación de la Ruta de Protección para NNA en situación de Migración, y la implementación del Modelo de Cuidados Alternativos.
5. Propiciar y mantener una coordinación estrecha con autoridades, miembros de la sociedad civil, con otras agencias ONU (OIM y ACNUR), identificando necesidades, adaptando la respuesta de forma estratégica y asegurando una buena colaboración.
6. Asistir a reuniones interinstitucionales con socios gubernamentales, organizaciones internacionales y organizaciones de la sociedad civil sobre la situación de NNA bajo el MPP y migrantes.
7. Fortalecer la coordinación de UNICEF con las autoridades de protección, así como con los proveedores de servicios de atención en México, en caso de que niñas, niños y adolescentes lo requieran.
8. Mantener una comunicación regular con el equipo de Protección para asegurar una orientación estratégica.
9. Cada semana participar en una reunión virtual con el equipo de emergencias de UNICEF para proporcionar una actualización de la situación en terreno y obtener orientación.

• Assist with the development of a career development plan for interns
• Assist with the development of networking events for interns
• Assist with the onboarding process for interns
• Collect testimonial from interns to showcase the programme and raise awareness
• Assist with the maintenance of the Internship Community on SharePoint page to provide information to interns on upcoming events and other general information
• Maintain Social Network Groups for interns (Yammer/Facebook) and invite current and former interns to be part of the community
• Share relevant news and posts within the groups to create awareness
