The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical advice on public health, NCD, and lead in the management, design, implementation, monitoring and reporting of The Defeat-NCD Partnership programme activities in Ecuador, in support of the Ministry of Public Health. Within the delegated authority and under the guidance of the Programme Coordinator or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the NCD Programme Officer based within the Ministry of Public Health will carry out the following tasks: National NCD Capacity Building
