Minimum age: 22 years old. Applicants must be nationals of or legal residents in the country of assignment. Under the overall supervision of the Head of the Field Investigation Unit (FIU) and the direct supervision of the Lead Investigator, the Community Outreach and Liaison Officer will: Provide relevant guidance and advice to the investigative team on: inter and intracommunity dynamics; cultural; religious; political traditions; and recommend approaches for engaging with the Turkmen community in Iraq regarding investigations into ISIL/Daesh crimes;
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area: social sciences, political sciences, international relations, humanities, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in design, implementation, and management of community mobilization, community outreach, and training, and/or communication projects Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines;

Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email/internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment;
