Allen Jennings, UNV Deputy Chief of the Development Division, said the Vietnamese Government and people should be fully aware of voluntary activities importance in the countrys development. He was speaking at the 2nd National Volunteers Summit held by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) and the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) in Hanoi to mark International Volunteer Day (IVD).
